The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) Parking Pass is a vehicle permit that covers parking fees and general admission (excludes Maple Syrup Festival) to all eight of CLOCA's public Conservation Areas: Lynde Shores, Heber Down, Purple Woods, Enniskillen, Long Sault, Stephen’s Gulch, Bowmanville Westside Marshes and Crow’s Pass. CLOCA Passes must be checked out by staff and returned in person to staff (not through the drop-box or self-checkouts) at any Pickering Library branch. Seven CLOCA Passes are holdable and three are available on a first come first serve basis.
