The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The game expands upon the already vast world of Hyrule that was created in it's predecessor with the Depths, located below the map and the Sky Islands, located above the map. There are both returning characters from Breath of the Wild, and entirely new characters around the world. Tears of the Kingdom is jam packed with new enemies, bosses, and gameplay mechanics which feel unique and overall better compared to Breath of the Wild. I would recommend Tears of the Kingdom, but also try out Breath of the Wild as well, if you have the chance, so you can get an understanding of the world. - PPL TAG
