Good - Though I do have some reservations about some of the content of this picture, the film was enjoyable with all the expected heart-warming scenes. Vince Vaughn is wonderful as a guy suffering from being overshadowed by his now famous brother - Santa Claus. I particularily loved and grateful to the beautiful nod to why we celebrate Christmas through a lovely rendition of Silent Night close to the end of the film - the birth of the child Jesus. Overall, Paul Giamatti played a convincing Santa Claus and this movie is a definite film to be watched over Christmas. The script is a surprisingly resonant take on sibling rivalry, with lots of heart-tugging sentiment, and solid messages about family, self-esteem, forgiveness and ultimately redemption.
