Everyone at one point or another looks over the fence at their 'neighbour' and wishes they could trade places. The grass is always greener on the other side. This story puts things into a more believable perspective. Once trading places, things are not as easy as we think they are looking on from a distance. There are versions of this book written for children. Kids recieve a great moral from this story.
