"As far as commercials go, 'The Lego Batman Movie' is just swell."--New York Times

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made The LEGO Movie a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble, LEGO Batman, stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from the Joker's hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others, and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

"Overall, I very much enjoyed The Lego Batman Movie. I think it’s really fun and a great ride. The characters are fun and great, the voice acting, I think really helps elevate the movie, you can tell the actors are having fun with their characters. I think the visuals and the effects deserve extreme praise, because it’s amazing seeing this world of LEGO come to life the way it does..."

It was fun to watch and had me laughing till the end! If you haven't already watched it, watch it!

Irreverent indeed! This is a goofy and fun movie - especially for adults (and by adults, I mean mostly males - my wife found it funnier to watch my reactions to the movie than the movie itself). The writing is crisp and the dialogue quite witty and well performed. Action and effects are fine but maybe a bit overly kinetic at times but that might keep the kids interested. Lots of nods to Batman lore and productions over the decades - including the 1960s TV show.

This was a very entertaining and funny movie. It was fast-paced and clever and goofy. It is great for kids, but also very fun for adults. At times it felt a bit frantic, but it was a highly enjoyable and cheerful film. The animation is vivid and inventive and sometimes wild, but the result is a feast for the eyes to go along with a hugely diverting story.

Not as good as the first movie - too much non stop action which I find tiresome to watch. Still, it is a good, if not predictable story, that keeps you to the end of it.

Super entertaining and exciting, even for adults. Batman as a character is HILARIOUS. So many good jokes! The graphics and Lego world was just amazing. Enjoyed this movie so much. A ++

Funny & entertaining. The guest appearances of famous pop culture villians was inspired. Well done. Probably good for 5 year olds and up.
