Eva Walker is a 17-year-old math genius. And if that doesn't do wonders for her popularity, there's another thing that makes it even worse: when she touches people, she sees a vision of their emotions. She can read a person's fears and anxieties, their secrets and loves. Then, Zenn walks into her life and she is instantly drawn to him, even more so, when she realises that he is the only one who is immune to her gift. When she discovers the history that links them though, the truth threatens to tear the two apart.

This was a really good book, to be honest. A feel-good kind of sweet contemporary, ya romance. The substance was the same as many books I've read before but the content was different. It reminded me a little of Ripple about a dysfunctional couple. In Ripple, things were obviously more extreme but its the same idea I guess...idk.

It was an interesting book with a cool twist. If it wasn't for the slow beginning, I would have given it a 5-star rating. It also didn't have much dialogue in the beginning. The high school dynamic is also missing. I get that it has nothing to do with it but there is literally no dialogue from anyone that is not featured more than 3 times in the book. It's a nice change from the typical they-date-then-cheating/betrayal-may/may not-happen kind of thing lol. The ending was good. It wasn't very detailed but sort of like, you think of it what you want. It wasn't a cliffhanger but like, here is everything, IMAGINE! what you want it to be. It was a closing ending but I wish there was more just for complete closure lol.

I liked Zenn's character but I'm not completely attached to him or Eva. I think it is because there wasn't A LOT of backstory and details...The book had a removed feeling like everything was going on in a small and confined place where not many people were there. I obviously don't regret reading it because I loved it. Not enough to make it an ALL-TIME-FAV but close :)

Eva is not like any average teenager. Besides the fact that she loves math (something I can personally understand, though at a lower level), every time she touches a person or something belonging to them she can feel their darkest emotions.

Eva is an interesting character, definitely difficult to like at times but understandably so. Eva's feelings of being a burden to her best friend and her family are all too real and even though I want to slap her a few times, especially near the end, I also wanted to hug her and be there for her.

The plot and Eva's ability were enough to keep me intrigued to the point I was reading every second I could. It helped that it is a fast read.

My only complaints are that Eva was a little too much a few times (though like I said before, I totally get it), the decisions both main characters make (if you read it, you must know exactly what I mean), and the ending (which seems oh, so convenient!).

Yet, I do recommend this book to anyone interested in reading it, and I will definitely be picking up more books by this author.

Sweet romance with an interesting paranormal element.

Oh, my goodness it was absolutely incredible. The plot was amazing—an unpredictable plot twist that was impeccably timed and an adorable teenage romance that was relatable and unique. The author did a wonderful job in designing the characters, I fell in love with each of them, especially Zenn and Eva. It was a refreshing change to see a character as intelligent and real as Eva, and her fractals were described incredibly. Zenn demonstrated a hardworking, selfless personality that was irresistibly likeable. They meet when Eva begins tutoring Zenn for math, and he redoes her church van for her. They grow closer and Eva discovers that she can touch him, even though she can't make contact with much else. There's some financial drama along with some intense unexpected plot twists, and Zenn and Eva break up. But in the end, all is well and the story finishes nicely. I would give this story 5 stars! I absolutely adored it, and I'll be buying my own copy as soon as it's released!

Zenn Diagram is a book about a girl that’s a math freak. I find it an accurate example of how most teenagers feel. The loneliness and feels like no one can understand what is going on with her. I think lots of people should read this book. It’s so relevant to now. The drama of social media and how hard it really is to go through these emotional rollercoaster ride. This love story is like no other I’ve read it’s not that story that’s there and they go through no problems and live happy ever after. That’s not how the story works it’s more realistic and in a way has a modern Romeo and Juliet twist.
I give this a five out of five rating and I’m already telling all my friends to buy a copy when it comes out.
