This is definitely a must buy for me. It has a great introduction, what staples you should have on hand all the time and a monthly meal plan. It includes recipes with all of today's cooking trends, gluten free, vegetarian, dairy-free, and best of all slow cookers! Bowls, spiralized vegetables, soups and there are several recipes for meat lovers.
All the recipes are easy to follow, simple ingredients and include nutritional information with pictures.

This cookbook has it all! If you're stuck in a dinner rut, this is a great book for you. It has big beautiful pictures with easy to follow recipes for fast or slow cooker options for dinner. Most importantly, the recipes are low calorie/healthy so even if you're in a rush or have a busy schedule like me, you can still make sure you're eating healthy. The book even has a chapter on Taco Night, which is a weekly event in our house!
