Excellent series which is a dramatization of the political wheelings and dealings associated with the development of the atomic bomb in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Very good series. A little slow at first but just gets better as it goes along.
Great attention to detail-the clothes and sets. Also how limiting it was for women back then.

I was very disappointed in this show. Although the setting is apparently accurate, the characters are not (with the exception of one or two famous ones like Oppenheimer). The farther you get into the series, the more it turns into a soap opera so unlikely as to be laughable. We did not laugh, though. We just quit watching and returned it.

if you are hoping to see (even remotely) a realistic story of part of our history -- don't bother. this is just another soap opera with sex and back stabbing as the main story lines. the telling of classified secrets, especially to civilians just did or does not happen that way, then or now.
