I couple meets by chance at a New Year's Eve party one year, they start dating and by the next New Year's he is getting ready to propose to her. They are ready to get married, even have the engagement party and start planning it, till things start to change as she gets a chance for the job of her dreams in another city and state. The couple moves and puts things on hold, but every time the couple turns around something happens to delay the wedding date yet another year. After much resentment about the move and some cheating the couple breaks up. They both move on with their lives following their dreams and their dream jobs. Can they find love? Can they work things out and find the love that they once had for each other again? Will they get married and stop letting things get in the way?
