After WWII, the orphans of the "fascists" in Madedonia (part of Yugoslavia) are indoctrinated into Stalinist communism in a cruel orphanage. An emotional tale of friendship and betrayal of youths in prisonlike environment. Beautiful cinematography as an older man looks back on the right and wrong things he did in life.
