Hot Pursuit

I thought that Hot Pursuit was such a clever, funny, and entertaining film! The characters are all so charming, and made the movie so much fun to watch! I loved Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara, and thought that they were perfect for the roles! The story line is comedic, but also has a lot of action and adventure, which makes things interesting! I appreciated that the movie was not central to a romance, and loved the female bonding between the two main characters. This is a movie that I would absolutely recommend to other viewers, as I thought that it was hilarious, and very entertaining! @PenelopeScriptor of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

Turns out that I had seen it .....previously. (I pick movies out of the just returned cart....b4 they are shelved....usually I good source of what to view....?) this...still a mindless.......whatever!

i love the jokes these two actresses pull off
despite vergara's situation early in the movie
and you sympathize with whats going on

It's as if the writers cast and director are daring us to ridicule this movie.
Well, challenge accepted.

This is garbage. It has all the talent and production value of a made-for-tv Lifetime movie.
The jokes are stale, recycled trash and the predictable plot leads to an all too familiar ending.

I love Reese Witherspoon, but this was not her best.

I didn't find this movie particularly funny at all. There were parts where I thought it may redeem itself - only to immediately prove me wrong. It was mildly entertaining, but I would pass this one up.

I really want to write that this was a smart comedy living up to the expectation you have for something where the two leads are an Oscar-winning actress and the Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated star of one of TV's top comedies. Unfortunately Hot Pursuit fails. There are a couple of laughs and after you get over your disappointment and lower your expectation it is watchable in a dumb movie type of way. If you keep your expectations way low, you might smile a few times. But only a few.

Terrible isn't even the worst adjective I would use to describe this garbage. Sofia's good looks can't even save this disaster.

Terrible movie. Both actresses are better than that. They were so corny and it wasn't funny at all. Sad to see this.
