This book is extremely well-written, with sentences that make you do a double-take because of the originality of the language and the point of view.
The plot, however, needs some editing help. I love to dig into a good read, irrespective of length, but in this case, about 75 pages less would make it more suspenseful. The last 150 pages really drag.
Would I read it despite these reservations? Absolutely YES.

I found this a very slow read. Very revealing insite into the workings of a mental institution.

I will probably try another book by this author, before making a decision on whether or not I like his work.
