Add a CommentA strong addition to the Women's Murder Club series. Lindsay Boxer is mostly flying solo in this one and her story line includes a nail biter of a trial, a few visits from her Homeland Honey, and a twisty turny murder cluster in a coastal town. Entertaining with promise of a 4th club member for the 5th book. Yay!
When Lieutenant Lindsay Boxer fires her gun in self defense and kills a young girl and cripples her brother, she is brought up on charges. She has to prove that she was in the right. While she is on leave murders that were like a cold case she had years ago. She gets involved in this case and wants to solve it. Looking forward to the next book in this series.
Excellent great twist at the end
Definitely entertaining and like most Patterson's books, well written, but nothing stood out, nothing exceptional or memorable
Womens Murder Club detective on trial for shooting kids, a solves 10 year old case

I love this author.
