The Secret Warning was one of the most eventful and suspenseful Hardy Boys stories ever written! In this intriguing adventure, the owner of a million-dollar golden Pharoah's head claims to have shipped his prized possession aboard a freighter. But after the ship sinks near an island, the Hardy Boys are called to investigate the mysterious island and the strange occurrences happening near it. The Hardy Boys soon begin their investigation and begin to develop suspicions regarding a shipping line's insurance company. The Secret Warning was a great add-on to the Hardy Boys series and provided unique diction, contributing to the plot of the story. Overall, this Hardy Boys story is a great story to read and includes many suspenseful and climactic events, contributing to the reader's engagement.
