The dominatrix storyline is a huge, HUGE drop in quality and frankly, common sense. Exploitative and gratuitous - way out of line of the rest of the series.

All the men in the world die at once except for mild mannered English major Yorick Brown and his monkey Ampersand. This is a mega epic, be preapred to read over 1000 pages of Yorick's saga as the last man on Earth.

One of my favorite in the series! I love that Yorrick's issues are finally addressed and he's growing into a better man! :)

Brian K. Vaughn's fourth Y: The Last Man TPB introduces us to some dark recesses of Yorrick's past, and he climbs from the depths as a much stronger and more focused individual. Characters reveal truths necessary for them to move forward. It's another fantastic volume in BKV's epic story!

This was a great addition to what has become a must read series for me. The dialogue and story are back to being great after the last book which was slightly less entertaining. If you like comics or graphic novels, or if you like post-apocalyptic tales, this is a must read. Smart, funny and endearing characters in a great storyline.
