Nothing cooler than seeing your own town featured in a movie as Vancouver rather than as an American city somewhere in the US.

The dialogue is pretty precious and you will be guaranteed to laugh. There is serious talent in this feature.

A documentary which attempts to uncover the corrupt institution of parking enforcement.

Other than viewing familiar downtown settings, I was not impressed with this movie at all. It just wasn't funny. I was expecting it to be funny considering how much advertisement was on the box saying how "hilarious" it is. A poor work of work. Shame, shame.

This is a Canadian "mockumentary" that has apparently won awards. There were it's funny points, but they weren't consistent or constant enough to keep my attention. It's a dvd to put on if you want some background noise and will tune in every once so often while doing other work.

Was unable to watch the whole film. Documentary style but I'm sure the whole cast were friends.
