This is a thrilling novel full of suspense, and it stirs up commassion in you. It helps you understand the life of a thirteen year old that has to not only fend for herself, but her sister and her father. During this story, Abby learns about herself and puts the readers on a roller coaster of emotions that they have to cling to. I like the style the author writes with because it lets the reader draw their own conclusions. Fischer genly leads us readers to the truth. You will enjoy the read if life seems to drab for you.
