President Donald J. Trump lays out his professional and personal worldview in this classic work--a firsthand account of the rise of America's foremost deal-maker.

"I like thinking big. I always have. To me it's very simple: If you're going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big."--Donald J. Trump

Here is Trump in action--how he runs his organization and how he runs his life--as he meets the people he needs to meet, chats with family and friends, clashes with enemies, and challenges conventional thinking. But even a maverick plays by rules, and Trump has formulated time-tested guidelines for success. He isolates the common elements in his greatest accomplishments; he shatters myths; he names names, spells out the zeros, and fully reveals the deal-maker's art. And throughout, Trump talks--really talks--about how he does it. Trump: The Art of the Deal is an unguarded look at the mind of a brilliant entrepreneur--the ultimate read for anyone interested in the man behind the spotlight.

Upon reading this book, one gains insight on how Donald Trump provides his experiences on how to make deals in obtaining permission to begin construction projects and how to deal with the those who are skeptical on getting it done. He also provides knowledge on how to deal with those who take it upon themselves to prevent both the deal and the construction project from being completed. Anyone who wants to learn on how to create a service and keep it running and successful should definitely read this book.

Trump is a winner; this is why we so desperately needed him after the abject loser that preceded him--the shoe-shine boy in a shiny suit. Trump has been beating such losers all his life and this book describes that.

And big time wrestling is real. Kudos to his ghost writer for making it sound somewhat Trumpian without being genuinely incoherent. Reading this was like swallowing uncoated aspirin without water.

HE IS FANTASTIC. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING HIM FOR YEARS. HIS INFO. ENCOURAGED ME TO SELL R.E. ON A BIKE AND BECOME TOPS IN SALES FOR MY OFFICE.

HIS STRATIGES TAUGHT ME TO OVERCOME MY HANDICAPS AND FOLLOW MY HEART TO SUCCESS.

THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP FOR SHARING YOUR KNOWLEGE HONESTLY.

Only the bigliest lies. Huge. You're going to love these lies. Believe me. Tony Schwartz who actually wrote this book says he would re-title it "The Sociopath." Look for the sequel: "The Russian Sociopath."

In a way fun to read, tells a lot about NY real estate. But it is not by Trump, or a fair account of the man and his life. The writer, who is credited along with Trump on the cover, earned his pay for, as he recently confessed in a New Yorker interview, putting "lipstick on a pig." You have to read the interview along with the book.

Engrossing read, and fascinating how the Donald has been genuine to his beliefs and true to himself since the writing of this book thirty years ago and to today (2016).
