Seeing Without Glassesdoes not advocate throwing away your glasses or contacts; rather, it instructs you about how to use glasses as therapeutic tools, just as you might use a set of free weights or a racquet to tone your body. Neither does the book recommend abandoning your optician; rather, it teaches better use of them as an educator and resource. Businesses benefit as productivity increases when their employees use preventive techniques to avoid computer eyestrain and to reduce the negative side effects of vision stress. Seeing Without Glassesis a valuable handbook for anyone looking to improve their vision or to maintain healthy eyesight.

This is an excellent book, very helpful. It's a look at the eyes and vision in a unique way.
I did vision improvement in the 1980's and improved my vision by 100%; that's when I took off my glasses for good. I've gone back to read the work of Dr. Kaplan as a reminder now that I am a senior.
I've never regretted the work I did to maintain excellent sight; it's well worth it.
Dr. Robert Kaplan can now be found on the internet as Dr. Roberto Kaplan.
