If you are into martial arts, you will understand what the authors are conveying - which is the way in which this practice changes the mind. Probably the first book I have read which accurately describes this phenomena. Perhaps the only other person to really understand this connection and present it publicly was Bruce Lee. This is not a preachy book however, nor does it try to be out there in woo woo land, nor dwell on zen and other mystical arts. This is the real deal.
