Crime thriller about two detective who try solve a series of murders involving men who abuse women. The protanist - detective - of the story and one of leading characters - a feminist - of the story, are members of the LBGT community and try to work with women's shelter to help solve the crimes. The book takes too much time decribing Hebrew text of a female goddess, referencing Indian folklore who does evil as the basis of the killings of the perpetrator/perpetrators. Too many pages explaining this. Would not recommend.
