This is an early example of how good the 'Hip' were right from the get go,the playing and lyrics are top notch. This album was recorded in NOLA (New Orleans) and that explains some of the cryptic lyrics;Little Bone's 'football Kennedy style','2.50 for a hi-ball, a buck and a half for a beer' or "baby eat this chicken slow it's full of them little bones". The album also has tracks Cordelia,Three Pistols and Fiddler's Green, all and all a good 'Hip' recording.
