Camouflaged images of Mickey Mouse are hidden all around Walt Disney World. Searching for them adds extra fun for adults and children visiting Disney World. In this new edition, "Hidden Mickey Guy" Barrett adds the latest Hidden Mickey sightings in Disney World's theme parks and resort hotels and everywhere else on Disney World property.
This isn't a book that you can sit down and read; it must be part of your experience. So if I was rating this book on readability alone, I would rate it probably 2-3 stars.
I haven't been to Disney World or Epcot since my honeymoon in 1996 and I probably won't ever go back, but if I do, I'm definitely taking this book.
Until recently I didn't know what Hidden Mickeys were, but this book talks in detail about where to find them and includes a bunch of scavenger hunts and lots of hints, complete with a scoring system.
Just sitting down to read this book was boring, since obviously I couldn't participate in any of the searches, so I merely scanned it. However, it's an excellent book to bring on a trip to Disney World/Epcot if you want something fun and different to do, especially if, like myself, you've been to The Magic Kingdom or the other parks more than once. BTW there's a thinner, almost identical book for Disneyland as well.
