new librarian

Annotation:I have a confession, I listen to a lot of books and if this is the same version available on Itunes, it's amazing - voices capture the time. The story, of course, is also superb.

Annotation:Everything I want from a book: romance, well-written, funny, unique, developed characters, moving plot and tears.

Annotation:Can't believe I took this out but the first chapter was very funny and needed some giggles. As I read on, there was a lot of cringing, yet Handler's surreal stories and, in fact, writing makes you turn the page.

Annotation:This is my 3rd dog book and like the others ("Marley & Me" and "Lonesome: Memoirs of A Wilderness Dog"), I really enjoyed this one. Unique, very insightful and you also learn about race car driving.

Annotation:Was intrigued by the synopsis and the first few chapters read well. But as I'm reading on, the characters are becoming flat and there is a lull. Thinking will stop.
