Summaries
Add a SummaryChloe Saunders is anything but normal... She can summon and see ghosts. Right now, in the final book of the trilogy, Chloe and her 'special' friends- Simon (a soccerer), Derek (a werewolf), Tori (a soccerer), and Liz (Chloe's friend who was killed she is a ghost). The five of them have to find the sinister Edison Group and save Chloe's Aunt Lauren and their friend Rachelle. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED BUT READ THE FIRST TWO BOOKS BEFORE : The Summoning, The Awakening.
My name is Chloe Saunders. I’m fifteen, and I would love to be normal. But normal is one thing I’m not. For one thing, I’m having these feelings for a certain antisocial werewolf and his sweet-tempered brother—who just happens to be a sorcerer—but, between you and me, I’m leaning toward the werewolf. Not normal. My friends and I are also on the run from an evil corporation that wants to get rid of us—permanently. Definitely not normal. And finally, I’m a genetically altered necromancer who can raise the dead, rotting corpses and all, without even trying. As far away from normal as it gets.

Add a CommentReally good book. seemed to get kinda predictable after awhile though
very good only i hope the her next seris the gathering explains more but stil very good!
This book has all those amazing qualities! I read the first one too and I couldn't wait until this book was on hold for me!
Their are way to many ways to describe this book. But I am going to use a word that describes it best and that to me is beautiful. I loved every paragraph, every sentance, every word in this novel. I highly recommend it to people who enjoy paranormal romance. And if you never read one before this would be a great start to finding out how wonderful the genre is. I praise the author down from the depest depths of my heart and can't wait to read more of her work.
Such a very nice ending.
The Reckoning is the last book of the darkest powers trilogy. It was a REALLY great book :) I enjoyed it alot. I wish Ms.Armstrong didnt end it here and i hope that in her other books Chloe, Simon, Derek, Tori, Liz and all the others characters will appear :)
So far, Tori, Chloe, Simon and Derek are in a safe house - but will it be safe for them as they are different? The Edison Group is still after them, will they be able to unite and save themselves or will it fall apart? Chloe has special powers, but not know what or how to use them. Her friends are 'special' and will she be able to figure out how she feels towards Simon and Derek and will that affect the group dynamics. Guess you will have to read to find out what zombies are and who is in charge. he he
The best book in this trilogy. Left me wanting more. I hope to see the characters later on in the next trilogy.
A great book in a great series. Can't wait to read other books by Ms. Armstrong.
I havn't read the whole book but it's good so far!
